Hello, I’m Kris Demarest, the owner of Heritage Appraisals, a licensed real estate appraiser proudly serving both South Carolina and North Carolina. Growing up in the Rock Hill area and graduating from Northwestern High School, I also earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology and Network Administration from York Technical College.

Let me introduce my family. My wife, Lauren, is a dedicated kindergarten teacher, and our two sons, Landon and Cooper, are active in Taekwondo at Pak's Taekwondo in Rock Hill while also enjoying recreational baseball with York rec baseball. We believe in community support and are committed to youth programs that keep kids engaged in positive activities. That's why Heritage Appraisals has proudly sponsored both Pak's Taekwondo and Warriors Baseball in the past, investing in the future of our youth and the success of our community.
