Hello, I’m Kris Demarest, and I am the owner of Heritage Appraisals. I am a licensed real estate appraiser serving both South Carolina and North Carolina. I grew up in the Rock Hill area and graduated from Northwestern High School. I also hold an Associate's Degree in Computer Technology and Network Administration from York Technical College.

I’d like to introduce you to my family. My wife, Lauren, is a dedicated kindergarten teacher, and our two sons, Landon and Cooper, are both active in Taekwondo at Pak's Taekwondo in Rock Hill and enjoy playing recreational baseball for the York Warriors and Cougars. We believe in giving back to the community and supporting youth programs that help keep kids engaged in positive activities. That's why Heritage Appraisals has been a proud sponsor of both Pak's Taekwondo and Warriors Baseball in the past. It's just one way we invest in the future of our youth and the success of our community.
